I got some relief from Digestive Advantage, which is one of the recommended products here, but i like Align from proctor & gamble even better. You get more information and better prices at a website called medichest.com than at amazon, so i would check them out. there's a lot of other probiotic type products, but also some really good ones specific to IBS

IBS is what sent me to the Mayo Clinic a few years ago, and got me started down the path of complementary and alternative medicine. UnBreak Your Health - The Complete Guide to Complementary & Alternative Therapies is the book I wish had been available at that point.

With 300+ listings in 136 different subjects, testimonials and some of the most interesting recent scientific discoveries it's the place to begin a journey of healing.

Did I mention it was recently awarded FINALIST in this year's Best Books Awards for Health/Alternative Medicine?

Thanks for your time and consideration.
